    I’m Luke Bloxham, founder of Bloxham Realty, operating under REAL Broker LLC. I serve clients across Idaho Falls, Ammon, Rigby, Rexburg, Shelley, Sugar City, St. Anthony, Ashton, Island Park, Pocatello, Blackfoot, Arco, Mackay, and surrounding Eastern Idaho communities. I work with investors, primary home buyers and sellers, relocation clients, land and development buyers, and new construction clients who want clear guidance from someone who understands both the transaction and the property itself.

    Construction and development background that goes beyond the surface

    Before and throughout my real estate career, I built a strong foundation in construction and development. I studied Construction Management at Brigham Young University–Idaho, where I developed the technical knowledge that still shapes how I evaluate properties today.

    Over the past 10 years in real estate, I’ve combined that construction background with real-world transaction experience to help clients make smarter decisions. I don’t just look at square footage and finishes. I look at structure, build quality, potential red flags, and long-term performance.

    In addition to brokerage work, I also own and operate a property management company and actively invest in the local Eastern Idaho market myself. Because of that, I naturally evaluate every potential purchase the same way I would my own deals — through the lens of risk, return, long-term durability, and real-world performance. I share those insights directly with my clients so you can benefit from the same thought process I use when my own capital is on the line.

    Land and development buyers: Raw land and development deals require a different level of due diligence. I help clients evaluate access, utilities, zoning considerations, build feasibility, and long-term potential so you don’t discover problems after closing.
